Executive Director
Logan Ebel
Outside of her professional work, Celina enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and hiking the beautiful trails of Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley.

Director of Enrollment Services
Silvia Calzadilla
At the Tennessee Healthcare Campaign, Celina hopes to help advance equitable healthcare access across the state. She is passionate about empowering others to navigate the healthcare system and ensuring that all communities receive the care and support they need.

Organizing Director
Tom Savage
Tom is the organizing director for the Tennessee Health Care Campaign. Tom has decades of experience as a social-justice activist and labor union organizer. He has organized unions in the private sector throughout the United States.

Office Manager & Donor Engagement
Susan Veale
Susan has worked in the nonprofit world for most of her working career. She is passionate about social justice. She gained much nonprofit experience working at the Rural Health Association of Tennessee for 20 years as the sole employee, helping grow that organization. She has been with Tennessee Health Care Campaign in several roles, including assistant director, ACA Navigator, and currently takes life a little slower now as Office Manager. She likes cats and horses and all wild creatures; and reading historical fiction and sci-fi/fantasy.

Family Services Specialist
Celina Huerta
With ten years of experience in the healthcare field, Celina is dedicated to improving access to quality care and promoting overall well-being for individuals and families. She is completing her bachelor’s degree in Human Services at Colorado Mountain College and plans to pursue a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to further support the integration of physical and mental health services.

Communications Coordinator
Lacey Lyons
Lacey serves as the communications coordinator for Tennessee Health Care Campaign. She has 21 years of writing, editing and advocacy experience, including 10 spent teaching English with an emphasis in disability studies at Belmont University. She served as the board chair of Disability Rights Tennessee and a researcher/writer for agencies like The Arc and Shirley Ryan Ability Lab at Northwestern University. Her writing has been published by outlets such as Southern Review of Books, STAT News and Technology Advice.

Community Resource Specialist
Ledeya Wendie
Ledeya Wendie began her journey with the Tennessee Health Care Campaign as an intern and now serves as the Community Resource Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and is passionate about public health and expanding access to care across Tennessee. In her role, Ledeya is dedicated to helping individuals connect with the resources they need while also building relationships with government leaders and public health professionals. In her spare time, she volunteers in medical and community health settings and is currently leading an international medical service trip.
